Od 1. januára 2023 bude povinné na všetkých oficiálnych podujatiach WKF

použitie "WKF schválené" Karategis s vyšívanými značkami na

ramená v ČERVENEJ a MODREJ farbe.

Od 1. januára 2024 bude povinné aj na podujatiach EKF

použitie Karategis s vyšívanými značkami na

ramená v ČERVENEJ a MODREJ farbe.

V r. 2023 bude použitie červených a modrých karategi na podujatiach EKF (Majstrovstvá Európy) voliteľné, ale nie povinné.

 

 

 

Výkonný výbor WKF schválil 22. októbra 2021 povinné používanie „WKF Approved" karategis s vyšívanými značkami na pleciach v ČERVENEJ a MODREJ farbe na všetkých oficiálnych podujatiach WKF (majstrovstvá sveta a Karate 1 - Premier League, Series A a Youth League) od 1. januára 2023.

 

 

 

Nasledujúce značky získali schválenie WKF pre svoje Karategi, vrátane značiek s vyšívanými značkami na ramenách v červenej a modrej farbe:

ADIDAS, ARAWAZA, BESTSPORT, BUDO-NORD, DAEDO, HAYASHI, PUNOK, SHUREIDO, SMAI, TOKAIDO, WACOKU, WESING, BLITZ, FIGHT ART, FUJIMAE, HAYATE, HIROTA, IPON, ITAKI, KAITEN, KAMIKAZE, KIHON, KO, KWON, MIZUNO, MOOTO, MUVON, NAGASHI, SFJAM NORIS, TOKYODO

Following the communication made on May 18th, 2022, the WKF Executive Committee approved on October 22nd, 2021, the mandatory use of "WKF Approved" Karategis with embroidered brands on the shoulders, in RED and BLUE, in all WKF official events (World Championships and Karate 1 - Premier League, Series A and Youth League) from January 1, 2023.

From 1st January 2023 will be mandatory in all the WKF official events the use of "WKF approved" Karategis with embroidered brands on the shoulders in RED and BLUE.

The following brands got the WKF Approval for their Karategis, including the ones with embroidered brands on the shoulders in Red and Blue:

Prečítajte si prosím nasledujúce upozornenia zaslané zo Sportdata ...

 

¨V roku 2023 bude implementované nasledovné ...

 

• Akékoľvek zrušenie online registrácie musí byť z opodstatneného a riadne akreditovaného dôvodu a musí byť písomne oznámené WKF najmenej 48 hodín pred prvým dňom súťaže.

• Pre nahradenie týchto ospravedlniteľných absencií bude k dispozícii čakacia listina do 7 dní pred prvým dňom súťaže v tých kategóriách, v ktorých je splnená kvóta 32 športovcov.

• V prípade neospravedlnenej a akreditovanej neúčasti sa športovec nebude môcť prihlásiť na nasledujúce DVE podujatia Karate 1 - Premier League.

• Ak sa neospravedlnená absencia vyskytne na poslednom podujatí Karate 1 - Premier League v roku, daný športovec nebude mať nárok ani na titul Grand Winner. ¨

¨In 2023, the following actions will be implemented...

 

• Any cancellation of an online registration must be for a justified and duly accredited cause and must be communicated in writing to the WKF at least 48 hours before the first day of the competition.

• For replacements of these justifiable absences, a waiting list will be available up to 7 days before the first day of the competition, in those categories in which the quota of 32 athletes is completed.

• In case of unjustified and accredited absence, the athlete will not be able to register in the following TWO Karate 1 - Premier League events.

• If the non-justified absence occurs at the last Karate 1 - Premier League event of the year, the athlete in question will not be eligible for the Grand Winner title either. ¨

 

 

 

 

Pravidlá WKF Rankingu pre rok 2023 boli aktualizované:

 

Zmeny:

- 300 bonusových bodov získaných za účasť na 3 podujatiach série A nebude braných do úvahy pre rok 2023, preto boli všetky zmienky o týchto bodoch odstránené.
- V roku 2023 budú kategórie dievčat (kadetky +54 kg, juniorky +59 kg) rozdelené do 2 rôznych kategórií (kadetky -61 kg a +61 kg, juniorky -66 kg a +66 kg). Preto body získané v starej kategórii budú replikované v oboch nových kategóriách pri zachovaní ich príslušných úpadkov.

 

Pripomenutia

Zmena kategórie seniorov môže nastať iba vtedy, keď športovec nemá žiadny profil v požadovanej kategórii a je požiadaný medzi 1. až 31. januárom.

The WKF Ranking Rules for 2023 have been updated. Below you will find major highlights:

Changes

The 300 bonus points received for attending 3 Series A events will not be considered for 2023, therefore all mention of these points have been removed.
In 2023, the old female categories (Cadet +54kg, Junior +59kg) will be split into 2 different categories each (Cadet -61kg & +61kg, Junior -66kg & +66kg). Therefore, points earned in the old category will be replicated in both the new categories while maintaining their respective decays.

Reminders

Senior Category Change may only occur when the athlete does not have any profile in the desired category and is requested between Jan 1st to 31st.

- zmeny, ktoré budú platné od 1. januára 2023:

 

KUMITE

1. Prilba/helma schválená WKF

- od 1. januára 2023 bude v kategóriách U14 POVINNÉ používanie ochrannej „prilby/helmy WKF" alebo „masky na tvár WKF".

 

- od 1. januára 2024 bude pre kategórie U14 povolené výlučne používanie „prilby/helmy WKF".

2. Tresty       

- dve existujúce línie trestov budú spojené do jednotného systému, zjednotením a znížením počtu. Rozhodca bude zodpovedať za všetky upozornenia a tresty.

3. Systém elektronického bodovania/skórovania

- vlajky, ktoré v súčasnosti používajú rohoví rozhodcovia, budú nahradené ovládačmi/joystikmi, ktoré automaticky okamžite spočítajú výsledok. Vlajky, ktoré v súčasnosti používajú rohoví rozhodcovia, budú na oficiálnych podujatiach WKF, okrem Youth League, nahradené ovládačmi/joystikmi, body udelené rozhodcami sa okamžite zobrazia na monitoroch a rozhodca zastaví zápas, aby signalizoval udelené body.

Pravidlá sú nateraz nastavené tak, aby vyhovovali vlajkovému aj ovládačovému systému.

 

KATA

4. Počet rozhodcov

- v súťaži Kata bude počet rozhodcov započítaných do konečného výsledku 5 zo 7 (namiesto 3 zo 7). Vylúčené budú iba najvyššie a najnižšie dosiahnuté skóre. Zjednodušili sa aj pokyny na udeľovanie skóre a systém riešenia nerozhodných výsledkov, a to odstránením rozdielnych váh skóre v atletickej časti (30 %) a technickej časti (70 %), tak ako tomu bolo doteraz.

 

VŠEOBECNÉ USTANOVENIA

 

5. Oblečenie pre súťažiacich - Karategi

- od 1. januára 2023 bude používanie „Karategi schválené WKF" s vyšívanými značkami na ramenách v ČERVENEJ alebo MODREJ farbe POVINNÉ vo všetkých kategóriách Kata a Kumite, na všetkých oficiálnych podujatiach WKF (Majstrovstvá sveta a Karate 1 - Premier League, Series A a Youth League).

 

- pre aktuálnych seniorských majstrov sveta a Karate 1 - Grand Winners Premier League bude používanie „Karategi schválené WKF" s vyšívanými značkami na ramenách v ZLATEJ farbe POVINNÉ.

 

 

Tieto pravidlá sú už platné a povinné po prechodnom období, ktoré sa skončí 31. decembra 2022.

While the final document of the WKF Competition Rules is underway for soon publication, we would hereby like to send you a summary of the major changes that will be implemented as of 1^st January 2023. Please consider these important amendments as they will come into effect very soon.

Kumite

1. WKF Approved Helmet

From 1^st January 2023 the use of the protective "WKF Helmet" or "WKF Face Mask" will be COMPULSORY in U14 categories.

From 1^st January 2024 exclusively the use of the "WKF Helmet" will be allowed for the U14 categories.

2. Penalties

The two existing lines of penalties will be unified in single tier system, through their unification and reduction in number. The Referee will take care of all warnings and penalties.

3. Electronic scoring system

The flags currently used by the corner judges, will be replaced with joysticks, which automatically combine the result immediately. The flags currently used by the corner judges, will for official WKF events, except for Youth League, be replaced with joysticks, where the points given by judges will be instantly indicated on the monitors and the referee will stop the bout to signal the points given.  The rules are now written to accommodate both flags and joysticks.

Kata

4. Number of Judges

In Kata competition the number of Judges counted towards the final score will be 5 o 7 (instead of 3 of 7). Only the highest and lowest scores obtained will be eliminated. Also, the guidelines for giving scores and the system for resolution of ties have been simplified, through the elimination of the different weighs of scores in athletic (30%) and technical (70%) as was the case until now.

General

5. Attire for competitors - Karategi

From 1^st January 2023 the use of "WKF Approved Karategi" with embroidered brands on the shoulders in RED or BLUE will be COMPULSORY in all the categories of Kata and Kumite, for all official WKF events (World Championships and Karate 1 - Premier League, Series A and Youth League).

For the current Senior World Champions and Karate 1 - Premier League Grand Winners the use of "WKF Approved Karategi" with embroidered brands on the shoulders in GOLD will be COMPULSORY.

This is already applicable and compulsory after the transition period ending 31^st December 2022.

 

 

 

 

Karate1 Youth League Fujairah (SAE)

 

Karate1 Youth League, ktorá bola naplánovaná vo Fujairah (SAE) v termíne 23. - 26.02.2023 sa nemôže organizovať v UAE.

Hľadajú aj s podporou UAE NF alternatívu, ktorá je pripravená hostiť túto Youth League, v rovnakom termíne. Ak sa v najbližších dňoch ukáže, že to nebude možné, keďže je veľmi málo času, podujatie sa zruší, a preto bude kalendár WKF na rok 2023 mať 4 Youth League podujatia namiesto 5 pôvodne plánovaných.

This is to inform you that we have received on short notice the information from the UAE Federation that for official external force majeure grounds the Youth League that was scheduled in Fujairah (UAE) from the 23 to the 26 of February 2023 cannot be hosted in the UAE.

We are looking urgently, also with the support of the UAE NF, for an alternative NF that is ready to host this YL, in the same dates scheduled in our calendar. Should this prove not to be possible in the next few days, as we are very short of time, we will cancel the event and therefore the 2023 WKF calendar will have 4 YL events instead of the 5 originally planned.

 

 

 

 

Výkonný výbor WKF schválil nasledovné:

 

- Zaradenie kategórií U21 do súťaží Karate1 Youth League.

 

Po zahrnutí týchto kategórií bude musieť väčšina podujatí Youth League mládeže začať svoju súťaž o deň skôr (vo štvrtok).

 

- Limit počtu pretekárov pre kategórie Kata sa zvyšuje z 96 na 128 pretekárov v súťažiach Karate1 Series A.

 

Vyššie uvedené zmeny budú implementované už pre všetky podujatia od 1. januára 2023, a preto prebiehajúce registrácie (K1 SeriesA Atény) sa už prispôsobia týmto implementáciám.

The new Karate 1 season will start soon with the new year 2023 and registration for the first Series A event of the year is in fact already ongoing.

In our efforts for monitoring our events and introducing the necessary amendments, please be advised that the WKF Executive Committee has approved the following:

Inclusion of the U21 categories in the Karate 1 Youth League events

The aim of this proposal is to broaden opportunities to these age classes, allowing them to participate at the Youth League events would give them more opportunities.

With the inclusion of these categories, most Youth League events will have to start their competition one day earlier (on Thursday), although this will be announced separately for each event.

The limit for the number of competitors for Kata categories is increased from 96 to 128 athletes in the Youth League and Series A events

Increasing the limit of participants for Kata categories in the YL and SA events will balance out opportunities for Kata competitors, who have one single category.

The above measures will be implemented already for all events from 1st January 2023, and as a result, ongoing registration processes for them (Series A Athens) will adapt to these implementations already.
